Depending on your symptoms and diagnostic needs, we may ask you to fast for 8 hours before testing and hold certain medications. Specific preparation instructions will be given when you schedule your visit.

Please notify us 48 hours before extended visits or 24 hours before routine/ultrasound appointments if you need to reschedule. A $75 cancellation fee applies if we don’t receive proper notice; this fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before scheduling future visits
